When adding to your cart and paying for your eggs, you are acknowledging that you understand that I am a very small “urban farm” and only have a limited number of breeding pairs with which to collect eggs from—therefore I will be filling your orders as I receive them and wait times may be longer than desirable. If they stop laying or slow down, I will reimburse you the full amount and add you to the wait list if desired.

Shipped eggs are a risk and purchasing shipped eggs means you understand and acknowledge that while we strive to only sell fertile and healthy eggs, we cannot guarantee fertility rates and we have NO control over the way the postal service treats them on their way to you. I will do my best to package them as best I can to avoid damage and detached air cells. Packages will be labeled to alert them to fragility, but as I have experienced myself, it is not always adhered to.

I do not ship eggs in July or August, due to the summer temperatures where I live in California, but often my chickens will lay into November and I can let you know if that happens and laying picks up if you are interested in Fall chicks!
